The Parker Guest House was an amazing addition to our SF trip! Perfect location. Cute rooms. But the staff is really where this small hotel shines. Would especially like to complement Thomas who was the kindest, friendliest, and most helpful person I’ve ever encountered in the hotel industry. Can’t say thank you enough.

Had such a lovely time at this quaint B&B in SF. The staff was very friendly, as were the other guests. The breakfast had a nice selection of pastries, and the coffee was plentiful The room was cozy and pretty clean. Loved having the wine social hour in the evening - twas a perfect chance to hang out in one of the many outdoor areas Great neighborhood too!

My stay with my daughter was beyond what I could have hoped our first time in San Francisco. Carol and Brian are amazing and welcoming hosts. Even though we could only stay for one night, every minute felt luxurious, comfortable, and like an oasis. We wanted to stay in the Castro district. The hotel is walking distance from retail shops, restaurants, cafes, and the GLBT historical museum. Every detail is thoughtfully curated and super clean. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, such a comfortable bed, and big windows overlooking the city which are left open and have a wonderful breeze. There is a beautiful bathroom and shower with toiletries. The entire hotel has a bed and breakfast feel and a lovely sitting room and a backyard with flowers and plenty of seating. The breakfast has many delicious options to try. I especially appreciated having a secure space to park in back. We 100% enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Finally had family stay at the Parker. It's delightful, super friendly team, clean, comfy bed. Nice garden, wine social and apparently some brandy by the piano.

The Parker Guest House is conveniently located in The Castro. Lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and mini/bart close by. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and professional. The breakfast is a perfect way to kick your day off and the wine hour is exceptional. I can’t wait to return! Thank you for making our trip unbelievable!
